When I turned on this P.C. it had a error message and would not start up. Amazon gave me a partial refund, so that I could get someone to sort it out. It turned out that the coin battery that remembers the BIOS Settings inside the P.C. was completely dead. I was really annoyed that a Dell certified refurbished P.C. would be supplied with a dead battery .......... Now that's sorted, it works O.K.

very quiet first class

Great value for money. It also comes with a wireless internet stick. However,on boot up it is always slow, but does speed up.Very loud while it boots up

Ordered this as it was listed with "Amazon Renewed". Quote from item states "This Certified Refurbished product is *tested* and inspected to look and work like-new".This assertion is total nonsense. It is reasonably impossible to test and certify a computer that won't even boot up (external case lights displaying diagnostic sequence that Dell support says means 1 or more ram DIMMs are non functioning).

This is a pretty decent bit of kit. My only problem with it is that I can't activate the copy of windows 10 pro because the product key on the sticker isnt recognised. As a new copy of windows costs as much as the computer, this is quite a serious issue.

The DVD drive was broken

I've had this for a month and it works 50 % of the time. Usually takes two attempts to boot up. Crashes continually. It was very poorly packed - inside a large box where there was plenty of room for it to crash around. So it may have arrived damaged. I installed office and other programmes that I paid for. Total waste of money.
