Not what I expected
In the picture the vans have a black sole, when I got them the sole was white.

Wider than medium ; thin sole
It’s too bad that Van doesn’t make different shows for men and women in this size. A man’s 9 is a lot wider than a woman’s 10 1/2. The sole is surprisingly thin. You feel everything you step on.

It's not marked as such but received a narrow shoe
Been wearing vans for most of my life so I know how they typically fit. These were not marked narrow but they definitely are.
