If you want super resistance then this band is for you! Some reviews say it doesnt even move, it does you just need to have enough leg muscles for it. I use a band for 2 exercises after all my hip thrusts, squats, etc. I was only was able to do 2 sets for each exercise and then my legs were sore.

This is a good quality product and I would highly recommend it as a tool in the toolbox for distance runners. It's certainly beefier than my 50-60 lbs resistance bands, but I'm just not certain it's actually 150 lbs resistance. Either way, I don't have anything else of this caliber and it's been hitting the spot for now in terms of targeting hip and glute pain. I had a set of resistance bands with the strongest provided something like 60lbs of resistance. I am only 107lbs F but consistently train with resistance bands and weights. It has gotten to the point that the extra strong doesn't provide the workout i am looking for for lateral band walks. I am looking forward to adding this band to my workouts. I am not sure what folks are encountering when they say it doesn’t budge at all. i was able to make it stretch a bit just with my hands/arm strength and I am not a body builder by any means. I do not imagine this is actually a 150lb stress resistance but it is what I was looking for to continue advancing my workouts 👍.

Strong resistance but comfortable to wear.

I’m a petite woman and had such a hard time finding a heavy resistance band that actually works for me. This one is perfect! It gives me the challenge I was looking for without being impossible to use. The band feels really sturdy, doesn’t slip or roll up during workouts, and I can already feel it making a difference. Super happy with this purchase!

My wife absolutely loves this resistance band!! She uses it 4 days a week. She’s been working on her glutes. The quality is outstanding and it’s comfortable.

Does what it's supposed to, but the amount of strength needed to stretch the band has gone down a lot since I started using it. When I first started using it, it seemed too tight. Now I'm tempted to double it up with a second band to get a satisfying workout.
