LOVE Cathe!
I have a library of her DVDs from over the years. Now in my 50's I can't do the high impact workouts like I once did--so this series is absolutely perfect. Good duration, good sweat and all over body workout.

Love Cathy!
This is good whole body workout with weights and cardio combinations. It works you nice but is low impact so not hard on your joints.

Solid Intermediate to Advance Workout
Well-rounded challenging workout. Goes by quickly, that's why I like Cathe. She keeps it interesting with a lot of good energy, no boredom.

A lot more cardio than expected. Looking for more weight training.

What is good about this DVD is that you can choose the lenght of your workout. As always Cathe knows how to make a workout fun!
