Product arrived promptly and as described. Have been taking the stated dose for a week now but haven't noticed any benefits as yet, sadly. May work for others, but it hasn't relieved my symptoms. Will use up the two bottles purchased, so they're not wasted, but probably won't be buying again.

This TCM blend might anecdotally be good for lower back pain but I have noticed it causes very unpleasant heart palpitations and breathing issues that subside slowly after stopping its use.
