Great flavor!

I've bought this numerous times over the last 6 months. I've only tried the Blue Raz. It's a great flavor. They recently removed the blue dye from it which was great because it would stain the corners of my mouth however the new formula does taste a little different. Still good but less blueberry flavor. The energy has always been average on this compared to other preworkouts. I actually feel like the prior formula had a little more energy boost despite the label not changing the caffeine content however it's still decent as a preworkout.

I haven’t taken pre-workout since January , 2025. All these months I used energy drinks for my workouts but after a while my body got used to it so I decided to get back on pre-workout. This is a budget friendly pre-workout and at first I was skeptical of the caffeine intake being 169mg being that I’m used to 200mg caffeine from energy drinks. I think this powder mixes well with 8oz water and there’s no funny or chalky aftertaste (at least for me). Lastly, I was plateauing with my barbell RDL’s at 185 lbs and I drank this 15 minutes before I got to the gym… I was able to PR 225 lbs.

I enjoy this flavor and the fruit punch flavors. A couple of times, I've gotten the other flavor, but since I like it, I keep it.
