What is the class rating for moving water?

I'd recommend contacting Sea Eagle directly for the answer to this question. It's essentially a flat water craft, but how much it can go beyond class 1 would be best answered by them.

Will I get a signed bill of sale?

You'll receive a Manufacturer's Statement of Origin in a plastic pouch attached to the box. 90% of the time, along with your Amazon receipt, that is all that is needed to register your boat. Should your State or local jurisdiction also require a Bill of Sale, we'll be more than happy to provide one as well. All we'll need to do that is have you provide your hull ID number upon receipt.

With canopy down, does it interfere with operating any motor you put on? Or does it stow forward also?
