I purchased the large and had to purchase a medium. Decided to do some measurements before I returned the large. I am 180lbs, 42" chest, 35" waist, 24" sleeve, and 16" neck. The medium fits a little big which will work great with layers in winter.Pros: good construction (we'll see how it handles camping)Cons: the hood on both the medium and large were massive!I'll update later, after I have had a year with it.

Love this coat! I worn through the late fall and early winter for landscape work but I think it would pull its weight in very low temps as well. The extra large fit me just as I hoped, I should note I have longer arms 37" so if you have short arms that might be a concern. It's also very rugged and I like the styling! I would purchase again and recommend to anyone.
