Gorgeous Metallic Glaze
This is a beautiful bowl for matcha. Traditional size and shape, makes it easy to blend the matcha powder. I bought it for myself but would make a lovely gift. I'm very happy to have found such a high quality ceramic bowl at such a reasonable price.

A beautiful chawan that feels nice to hold in the hands - neither too heavy nor too light
To my surprise, this chawan is incredibly smooth inside. This brings a lot of peace of mind when whisking with a chasen - if you know how to do it you won't be at risk of breaking the chasen's delicate prongs. This chawan is quite comfortable to hold in your hands. Its good design will help you avoid spillages when discarding the hot water that is used to clean it and heat it up before preparing the matcha. I also find it aesthetically pleasing. It has a nice balance between gloss, shine and opacity.

Gorgeous bowl
Beautiful bowl. Bought it for matcha, but discovered I just can't stand matcha. I use it for soup, ice cream, etc.

Nice but rough finish.
This is beautifully made but has what appeared to be air bubbles or something that left a very rough finish. The other color I bought had a smooth finish. I can’t use this to drink from but it is beautifully made.

Perfect size, good shape
Beautiful piece. Great for tea ceremony or even simply as a display piece. The glaze on the bowl is immaculate and when you actually use it the green of the matcha contrasts with the hue of the chawan making for a deep sense of calm.

Expensive but Lovely
I purchased two of these bowls so they would go with my canisters & can stack on the countertop while looking nice. They are expensive but I indulged while stuck at home drinking matcha.

El bowl tiene una excelente calidad, el diseño esta padre, sin embargo siento que tiene una cierta fragilidad si recibe un golpe, espero que no sea asi y dure mucho tiempo, lo recomiendo mucho

sehr schöne grosse Schale, Farbe jedoch sehr dunkel, nicht wie auf dem ersten Produktfoto silber sondern schwarz. Ansonsten sehr schönes Produkt

Sieht wirklich toll aus, wie auf dem Bild. Im ersten Moment glaubt man wirklich, das sei irgendwie aus Metall oder metallisiert. Echt geile Matcha-Schale.

Habe mich sehr auf diese Matcha-Schale gefreut, aber leider ist sie ganz anders als abgebildet. Der dunkle Rand ist fast Schwarz, nicht Bronze und schmaler.Das Silber ist nicht so strahlend. Geht auf jeden Fall zurück!
