This stuff tastes like someone left a handful of pennies in expired prune juice. If you manage to swallow it down, it's going to do what you need it to. My iron levels are back in normal ranges, feeling better and I have more energy. I'm definitely going to continue taking it in the morning. It's best if you take it quickly and chase it with juice or coffee. Do not mix it into anything. Just drink it quickly.

I’m almost finished with my 1st bottle and here are my thoughts/results: The taste is very strong and can be hard to stomach for most. The reason for this is the brewers yeast that’s in this. When I first smelled it, it smelled stinky but familiar and when I saw brewers yeast on the label that’s when it clicked. I used to give my dogs brewers yeast supplements and that is the exact smell. I’ve learned to deal with this by pouring the 15ml into the measuring cap and adding water to the rest of it. I have 30 ml cups I use. Throw it back quickly and then vigorously rinse my mouth out with a cap of water twice. Then, I gargle and swish to finish removing all presence of the taste out my mouth. You can try brushing your teeth after to really get it out. Ok, so taste aside, I feel like my energy levels have definitely improved as I have problems with my b-12, vitamin d levels and iron. The end of this week will be 4 weeks for me. I can’t say anything about hair and nail growth, which prompted me to try it as it takes a long time for a supplement to work on that level, but I definitely feel different in a good way. My joints don’t ache as much and my mood has improved. Vitamin deficiency can play a role in mood and I noticed a difference. I don’t sleep any better, it seems like I can’t go to sleep like I want to. I’m staying up longer, starting this past week. I still take a vitamin d3 supplement in conjunction with this so I don’t know if this affected my energy as well. This is my first liquid vitamin and I think that made a huge difference in my absorption of the vitamins. I have problems with malabsorption due to digestive issues which caused my deficiencies. The liquid seemed to work better than the gummy and sublingual vitamins I take. I’m going to finish this bottle but due to the taste, I’m going to try the geritol pills and see if I have the same results. I don’t know what else I could mix this with to cover the smell/taste. Good value for your money, just wish it tasted better Sidenote: Brewers yeast can cause an increase in appetite, it does for me, so be mindful of the time of day you take it to avoid being hungry. I take it early in the evening so I’m asleep and don’t notice it. I rather wake up hungry than go to bed hungry.

"Pleasant Tasting" ? Let's be honest here, you take a shot of this stuff and it might bring you to your knees. Putting that aside I felt more healthy after a few hours of taking this supplement than I have in quite some time. I really think this it is an important product , it's been around for years.

I've used this in the past and keep coming back to it. I'm someone who has always been low on iron. Drinking this keeps me feeling energetic and not as tired. I don't mind the taste.

I have anemia, this does help build my iron levels paired with my regular iron chewable. It works quite well for me. And doesn't taste too bad, just has a medicinal taste, which is to be expected, but it doesn't taste bad at all. Its price is also pretty good. It's easy to take and comes with a measurement cap to measure how much you take. I personally like it for now and will continue using.

Women need an iron supplement. This has done so much for me. My energy levels have increased and I am no longer suffering a mid day crash. Sleeping throughout the night, hair and nails are much stronger and focus is amazing. It tastes like death, so I mix it in with pineapple juice which helps a lot. Great product. I would suggest ordering two bottles at a time so you don’t run out while waiting for next delivery. I’m in Australia and it takes approx two weeks to arrive each time.

Arrived quickly as I had hoped I have a poorly dog and this is one of the recommendations. Looking at cellect bud wig diet so this may well be suspended if that route taken but for now he is a bit perkier on it. Fingers crossed. X gave 5 stars cos of speed of delivery really but he does seem brighter so must be helping and can't ask for more than that at moment !!

It arrived late. The taste is not pleasant, I found it horrible. I have been taking it for 2 weeks, don't feel any difference but that could be because my iron level is extremely low. I have started to notice it's staining my teeth which can happen with oral iron supplements. Overall I won't be purchasing it again.

I can't wait to try this amazing product, a lot has been said about this wonderful tonic, hope it works for me too.
