Need Fold Wall Mounted Table Folding Workbench Length 47.2" Width 20" Perfect Addition to Garage & Shed/Home Office/Laundry Room/Home Bar/Kitchen & Dining Room AC15BB(12050)

I installed this under a window and made sure both brackets were installed in studs. My package came with the screws everyone else said broke up in their reviews but also came with gold screws that worked perfectly in the studs (I pre drilled holes). Seems sturdy and installed easily and flush so maybe the seller was listening to the feedback and added a set of sturdier screws.

Works good in our laundry room

This is a nice table and feels sturdy. It does not sit against the wall when folded. The bottom sticks out about 6-7". You cannot just connect it to the wall where you want it because you have to use the studs. That means that my table is behind the bathroom door a few inches. Not what I wanted, but I can leave the bathroom door open without it interfering and I only have to close the door a little to extend the table.A trick I used to install the hinges while flat, so I could easily drill and screw the top holes- I wrapped duct tape around where the hinge snaps out, so it wouldn't shoot out at me. I was careful to cut the duct tape off the back of the hinge (against the wall). Once I got the two top screws in, I removed the tape and let the hinge form a diagonal to get to the two lower screw holes.Also, don't drill into the bottom of the table top- just screw in the screws. I thought I was careful, but drilled one hole thru to the top.Also, I wasted a lot of time trying to fold down the table pushing in the round pins. Couldn't get it down that way. Finally, I realized I had to push in the rectangles on each side. That works!It was a tedious install. I pencil marked the studs with a stud finder. Outlined the hinges against the studs and used a level on each hinge. Clearly it wasn't enough or it wouldn't sit out from the wall when folded.(That's my big dog's water pail on the floor.)

Easy to install. Adds lots of counter space. Easy to clean. Folds down and out of way when not needed. Install this on back side island counter in fifth wheel.

Having this in our smaller sized laundry room has been so great. When not in use, it's folded and out of the way. It's nice to have a surface to laundry fold on and also is nice for overflow things when entertaining.

Package very well eàsy to install being disabled in a wheelchair I appreciate a table with out legs very well made easy to use and easy to clean good value for the money it’s sturdy enough for a work bench needed

It states to put it on wood studs or concrete/brick. Where I wanted it did not have any of this. Just drywall (thick drywall) . My brother is a carpenter and he added the plastic drywall securing things and added a stronger one to the third bigger hole that was there but of no use in the instructions. That secured it very well to the wall and it’s working great. If that changes I’ll be sure to update.

I love the table, but be careful it stains very easily. for the cost, it should have been a better quality top

Like many others, we got this for our laundry room. The table is extremely heavy. Considering it's laminated with a fake wood cover, it didn't need to be solid wood. It makes it really difficult to handle and mount on certain types of walls. The hardware is decent though, so once mounted it does work well. But if I'd known, I would have looked for something lighter (made from pressed wood or a polymer).

Shipped great and instal went well. This desk is a perfect fit for the cottage bunkie that also serves as an occasional home office. It looks decent and flips up and down great. I would recommend it and I have sent a link to a friend already.

Nice product, but a bit fragileOverall not bad

This is my at home workspace now, however, should be screwed into studs. The one side is loose as it is in drywall with the appropriate anchor, but still a little loose. Great idea and hideaway desk!!!
