Poor quality control
It's a cheap piece of work. Flimsy. Poor quality control. The ez-mount on the Thermaltake chassis actually prevents the lower left tray from going in, you have to be good with a moto-tool to make it work. However, it does work electronically, and the fan works as well, it keeps the SSD's a bit cooler overall. I have three trays loaded and a big chassis fan blowing right down on top of them, it's enough for my diskless system so I'm a happy camper. I wouldn't buy it again, and I wouldn't recommend it to a friend, it's really not worth 50 bucks considering the many alternatives. Rated "okay" overall, kind of sort of works, if you're not expecting much and you just need a couple of SSD's to go in and out it's probably okay, I don't think this unit would even fit standard hard drives, definitely not the 2tb green which is slightly taller than the rest, but the Crucial SSD's go in fine on a good tray.
