A total score!!!
I was apprehensive due to the mixed reviews, but this product is awesome. It works with bath and body works candles, warming the entire candle within 1-2 hours. Immediately upon warming you can smell the scent. I’m watchful, to ensure that it does not overheat or anything. I use it almost daily and there have been no issues. I’m purchasing two more, for the kitchen and hubby’s office. No worries about smout or breathing issues as a result burning candles. My candle budget decreased too! Candles last longer so I don’t buy as many anymore.

Works, sort of
I bought this for my partially used candles with wicks that are too short to light or have burned unevenly. I experimented with a strong smelling 3-wick Bath and Body Works candle. The candle could still be lit, but I wanted to see how long it would take to melt/if it would work. The product itself works well. The candle fit perfectly; the wax (about 1.5 inches) melted in 1- 2 hours. But, what I noticed was that this normally pungent candle had little scent. The next day I lit the same candle and the scent was very strong. I wonder if candles really require the heat of flame to bring out their maximum scent? I am going to keep it, because it does work, and I have no alternative for candles that can't be lit anymore, but I will not use it for newer candles that can be burned. I'd recommend it for situations where a lit flame is not an option.

Happy with my purchase
This purchase was specifically for warming candles for me. I was leery about leaving this warmer on for long periods of time. My concern was it may grow very hot the longer it was on. After I got the warmer out of the box, all I had to do was turn it on. A little blue light indicated the warmer is on. The words on the warmer are not important to me since if it met my own standards-it’ll be covered up with a candle almost all the time. There are folks in this review called out a typo, and mine has that typo. I still don’t care, but if you do, that’s why I mention it. I grabbed the candle I wanted to use and placed it on the warmer. I don’t know how long it took to start warming enough for the scent to come out. My best guess is it was at least an hour (I used a Yankee Hill large jar). So I knew the warmer worked. But was it a dangerous device? I didn’t know, so I touched the warmer and it was warm, but not enough to burn. I let the warmer go for quite a while that day and from what I can tell the warmer did not seem to change much. When I was leaving the house I turned off the warmer and didn’t use it for another week or so. But every time I turned it on I had the same kind of experience, this thing works really great for candles. It works so well for me that I bought another warmer.

Not what I hoped for...
I've used this all day with a Bath and Body Works candle and I can barely smell anything. Bath and Body Works have very strong and great throwing candles so for it not to smell, is disappointing. I'm not sure why it doesn't smell. The wax is melted on the warmer but maybe it has to be hotter to throw off a stronger scent like when burning with a wick??? All I know is when I burn these candles, they permeate my whole apartment. I can even still smell a lingering scent the next day when I return from work. With the warmer, I get a very subtle scent when I get close to it and that's it.

OK, but quite a bit of room for improvement.
I bought this device to accelerating curing time for silicone casts. I needed a low temperature warmer, which would not melt the 3D printed molds, but would be warm enough to speed up curing time. Diameter is 4 inches. Height is 1.05inch including the feet The bottom worms up too, but just a little bit. The top image is underneath the class surface, so it cannot be changed / removed. But is is not a bad image. Pros: - The surface is perfectly flat and there are no raised edges, which allows me to put a larger-diameter aluminum or glass plate that is still fully in thermal contact with the surface, to achieve a greater surface area. - Glass surface, easy to clean - Cable is 5ft long. - 25 Watt according to specification - Surface Temperature I measured with a thermocouple sensor is 68 degrees C / 154 degrees F. - There is a bright blue LED above the power switch, to indicate when the device is on. Cons: - The feet are NOT made of rubber, but foam, which does not prevent sliding. This poses a safety hazard as the weight of the cable itself can pull the device off of a table. - The temperature cannot be adjusted. - There is no sensor to detect if the device is flat and then turn it off in case it is not flat / fallen off of a table to reduce fire hazard. Other warmers have button on the bottom which gets pushed when an object is put onto the device to establish electrical contact and turn on the device only in that case. This one does not. - The documentation contradicts itself. First it says, "PTC don't allow the temperature higher than 149F", and then it states, "After totally melting, the plate is over 392F". The measured temperature is in fact 154F / 68C. I would give 4 stars for the appearance / design, but 2 stars for the engineering / functionality.

Functional, but not safe and not efficient
Although it's simple to use and eventually melts your candle wax, it's neither as safe as its product description would have you believe nor is it particularly good at what it does. The feet are very low and the bottom of the warmer heats up too, so you shouldn't place it on a wood desk surface without a raised buffer in between. The feet are also made of smooth silicone instead of rubber so it will slide, and the cord is more than heavy enough to pull the unit depending on what's on top of it. A larger candle that takes up the entire surface can hold it in place well, but it's extremely slow to melt such a large candle and the scent is hardly noticeable; having had it running for 18 hours now, it's only just started to melt the top of my 14.5 oz jar candle and I can barely smell it. I say skip this and go for a better model. This one is okay for small candles/wax cubes, but is slow and unsafe.
