Steam & Go 10-in-1 Multi-Surface Steam Mop - Deep Clean with Heat

This is honestly one of the best cleaning products I’ve ever used. The Steam & Go 10-in-1 steam mop makes my floors completely spotless. It removes dirt and grime effortlessly and leaves everything looking and feeling truly clean. I love how powerful the steam is, yet it’s easy to use and works great on different floor surfaces. After using it, the floors look refreshed and sanitized without any streaks or residue. Highly recommend this product if you want a deep clean with minimal effort.

I have had my steam mop for nine months and I love it! Works great! I use it to clean my tile floors in the kitchen and my hardwood floors in my house. I use the steamer for the shower and bathroom. It’s very sturdy and well made. I have used a shark steamer, but I like this one better.

Cleaning Ceramic Tiles: This does a great job cleaning my ceramic Floors. Dries quickly. I give Floor Cleaning FIVE stars. Cleaning Kitchen and Bathroom Grout : OMG, what can I say. I finally have my light grey grout back. The Grout attachment is so cheap and constantly turns. I found the attachment to be a pain in my butt. I give Grout cleaning FIVE star and the Attachment a ZERO. Removing Wrinkles from Curtains: This garment steamer got my new curtains looking great by steaming out the wrinkles. I give Curtain Steaming FIVE stars. The Attachment Pieces are HORRIBLE. They keep turning when attached. I give the Attachment pieces ZERO stars (EXCEPT for the Garment/Squeezy Attachments. They work without any issues). The steam on full blast is great at first. The steam is strong "BUT" it loses steam output on High. The steam output goes down to a medium or low steam then it goes back to a High steam output. Not sure if this is how the steamer is suppose to work. I want HIGH steam output at ALL TIMES when the steamer is set to the highest adjustment. This steamer doesn't continuously output HIGH steam when adjusted to the highest output. I give the output for steam THREE stars. Overall, I will keep this steamer. If you want this steamer to clean your Floors, your Grout and to remove Wrinkles, this STEAMER is great. The company needs to get better attachments that will NOT constantly turn. I know they read these reviews because someone suggested adding a funnel/cup to make it easier to add the water to the steamer and the company now sends a funnel and cup with this steamer.

I’ve been using Steam & Go mostly on tiled areas in the kitchen and bathroom and it’s been working well. It heats up quickly, is easy to use, and cleans spots where chemical cleaners didn’t really work. Does what it’s supposed to do (which is rare these days) and I’m happy with it so far.

Let me start by saying I have never owned or tried a steam mop. However, I've heard great things about them with difficult to clean tile, etc. When I saw this one with all of the attachments, I figured I'd give it a shot, especially for $60 on Black Friday. Did I expect miracles? No. Did I have higher hopes...yes, probably higher than they should have been. I got new tile in my bathroom and it is SUCH a pain to clean so I figured this might be the next best thing to hand scrubbing the tile. I tried it and noticed zero difference. I then tried it again this morning and added a little vinegar to the mix, which actually did seem to help a little but still not as much as I'd hoped. Just for the heck of it, I also tried it on the tile in the other bathroom. The grout is a dark shade of yuck (the tile/grout is really old) and tried it with just the standard mop instead of the attachment since others seem to have had success. I noticed zero difference after 10 passes in one area. I decided to at least give it one more shot with one of the attachments to clean just the grout. I decided not to bother when I saw a burn mark on the mop head from steaming the two very small bathrooms. At that point, I just decided I'm done with it and am returning it. Photo of the mop head with burn mark attached. I also included a photo of the tile with the darkened grout. If you see the far right next to the tub...that's the color the grout is supposed to be. I focused on the grout surrounding the line of tile neighboring that area to get a good comparison. As you can see, the grout is the exact same color as the grout towards the left, which is the un-mopped side.

I clean houses & always looking for the newest & better steam cleaner. I've bought 3 from the highest rated company's (don't think I can say the name?) all of which were nothing special & never lasted more than a year. THIS is by far the absolute best steam cleaner I've ever owned. It's easy to use & with all the attachments I have been able to clean spots on floors that the other steam cleaners couldn't. I am obsessed with it. It gets everything. Hard to reach corners, windows, grout & more The ONLY thing I don't like is the pads are so thin they are saturated with water after 15 minutes of use. Maybe I have the temperature too high? The only other negative is all the attachments are supposed to be carried in a burlap bag which doesn't actually fit all the attachments. But other than that I'm seriously considering buying a second one just for myself The ONLY thing that's wrong is the cleaning pads are entirely too thin & it leaves extra water on the floor leaving water spots & doesn't absorb even the slightest bit of lint. I find myself spending more time on my hands and knees wiping up lines of dirt left behind. Plus there's only 3 velcro strips on the base but 5 velcro ro strips on the pad itself. As for every other attachments and their uses it's great but not worth for cleaning floors too much water left over

Worked fine until the arm broke before even a dozen uses. Unusable now.
