This cord works great! I bought it for my Asus laptop when the original cord stopped working. This cord is better quality than the original cord and for the price I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. It's really long too, which is great! The shipping was fast and the company reached out to make sure I was satisfied with the purchase. I definitely recommend it!

Bought this as a replacement after I left my charger at home while traveling. Charges my ASUS laptop with no problem. Three improvemnts over tbe original charger: 1) It has a blue light to indicate it is plugged in. 2) extra long cord and 3) it has a standard three prong plug and is not a large bulky two prong box unlike the original charger (the original box design could cause the charger to fall out of the ojtlet occasionally.

This charger is longer and a bit bulkier than I would have liked, but I knew that before I bought it. One small complaint I have is that the blue charging light is too bright, so I put duct tape over it. The charger works well for the most part; the only problem is that sometimes if I'm charging it with my laptop on an uneven surface (e.g. my lap), it doesn't charge. This is not much of a problem for me though, because I usually charge it on my desk (a flat surface). Overall, it's a solid charger for a good price. I would buy again.

After my cats decided to destroy the frail charger that came with my Asus F556U, I was on the hunt for a replacement. The ones that looked original on Amazon were either reviewed as not actually OEM or just very iffy on the performance. My girlfriend also has an Asus and the replacement that she bought didn't work because it was a 5.5mm plug and our laptops are 4mm. This isn't an easy size to find with a reputable charger. I received this one yesterday and it works perfectly for both of our laptops. Charges very fast and no issues with the plug at all.

Works as well as any OEM cable (and for far less). Much less expensive than what big-box stores had on their shelves, which may or may not have been compatible. Thus, far less hassle, too. This replaced my approximately 2-year old charger/power adapter. It is a good long length, which I find quite handy for where this spends most of its time.

This adapter/charger lasted about 2.5 years before it finally quit working. It was a good charger while it worked, albeit a little heavy compared to the OEM. I have since gone back to the factory charger, which I had used for 4 years and is still working. Pros: - Good price - Long cable Cons: - Heavy - Died after 2.5 years of regular use

I purchased a secondary charger expecting it to charger my laptop and it does charge my laptop. However, straight out of the box it had difficulties charging my laptop unless the cord was positioned in a certain way, which was infuriating at first, but I've learned to deal with it. It's very upsetting when the product you purchase has issues doing what it is meant to do straight out of the box. Compared to other chargers that work with my ASUS laptop, this one was definitely on the cheaper side, but this is a case where quality outweighs price. If you are patient with your charging and/or your laptop has superb battery life, this would be a good purchase for you, especially if you charge over night. One thing I would like to add is that there is a very obnoxious blue light at the base of a charger, but that is more of a personal complaint.
