Perfect colour for me

Soft to apply but prone to breakage
I needed a blonde brow pencil which was soft enough to apply without pressure on my bald brows as many pencils are just too hard and may be damaging my brows. It does give quite a natural effect on my really scant brow skin. This retractable pencil is soft and easy to apply once you get used to handling the angle, however if you extend it even more than a millimetre or two it just snaps off and I've had to refund them because of this problem in the past as they break far too easily and then you lose a chunk of it. With extra caution though it serves its purpose and the blonde colour is ideal for me and builds up in colour and matches my usual chanel brow blonde pencil in colour. It has a good spoolie brush on the end. As it is soft it will tend to wear off easily especially if touched but for me the ease of application with less pressure on my brows is why I like it. I think mine lasts a couple of months.

Needs a wider range of colours
Unfortunately the colour just didn't work for me - I picked chestnut as that's my natural hair colour so thought it'd work, but this is too light and too ginger in colour to work on my brows - I know the dark would have been too dark and I'm certainly not blonde, so maybe this range needs more colours to match to more peoples brows. Bourjois is one of my favourite brands, in theory this product seemed to be one that will work well as it's easy to use and having a spoolie on the opposite end of the pencil is super useful. I think the pencil wasn't able to give a bold enough line for me, I had to apply a lot of pressure to see any line emerging, so I suspect I'd still prefer my powder method over this.

Lovely colour
I’m a redhead and find it very difficult to find a pencil to match my colour. Matches perfectly.
