I never thought this would work so well. I see people reviewing about their energy but I wanted to give a more tangible review. I was always a little anemic but recentlyy hemoglobin dropped to 8.4 which is moderate to severe anemia. I found this product online and bought it. At first I was taking once a day. For a month. I took my blood test about 3 weeks after I started taking once a day and it was 8.4. after getting my results I spoke with my doctor and she said you need to at least double them. I decided to triple. Please listen to your doctor this is not medical advise. Only saying what I did. I took 2 in the morning with either a little coconut water or orange juice on an empty stomach. Waited at least an hr before eating. In the afternoon/ evening I took the other before dinner again with small amount of OJ or coconut water. I went to the hematologist about 2 weeks after I started doing this. Mind you, I had a period within that 2 week period. My hemoglobin level went to 10.3 and my high platelets count normalized. Even the doctor was surprised it jumped that quickly. While tripling the dosage, I wasn't constipated. I didn't have any nausea. I decided to continue taking these pills as the whole waiting for insurance to approve IV transfusion was a pain. I'm continuing on my triple dosage per MY DOCTOR ( again check with your doctor before doing anything). And will be retested in 2 months. I'll update you all on my numbers then.

This capsule is easy to take. Best of all, it does not cause constipation like the regular iron pills.

I have been trying to get my iron up for about a year and a half or so. And this is the first time I’ve had a six month jump of a significant amount! I went from 19 to 26. And these do not give me any of the bloating or constipation or other issues that come with iron. My dr was really impressed. I’m sticking with it and hope to see it keep going on. Wish they made it with higher amounts of iron

Has helped a lot with my iron deficiency definitely feeling better. This one doesn’t upset my stomach. Works well and price is reasonable. However they do smell a bit. And need to be kept in the foil.

Doc says a little extra iron is good for me. So, I take one pill every other day. The blister pack is easy to use.

I know it's a lil pricey, but worth it!! All other iron pills made me constipated. This is the ONLY one that hasn't! I know the price will make you think twice, but I don't mind paying a lil more in order for me not to be constipated.

I can not go a day without them, they really help boost my iron levels

It makes you have more energy and that other good stuff but I am just saying it needs to be tast better and smell better it smells like vinegar and something else so it good medicine just needs a little bit of work with the taste and the smell
