How many centimeters roughly do the small/medium size fit?

Hello, and thank you for your question. Are you asking about the measurement around the palm? Each glove measures 22.5 x 12.5 x 7 cm, but it sounds like you might be looking for different information. Please let us know and we will be happy to help!

Do you usually wear wraps under the gloves?

Personally, yes I always do. I would think it can be an individual preference, but to avoid injury and (same as a boxer would/does), wrapping is an essential pre-fight routine/ritual.

How to measure the hand for the proper fit?

To ensure the proper fit, measure the circumference of your palm across your knuckles. S/M gloves will fit a circumference of 19~22 cm. L/XL gloves will fit a circumference of 22+ cm.
