I love using these pads with my EPM machine. They are very well made and very cheap per pad. I have bought these for both myself and as a gift. It comes with 44 pads that are stored in groups of 4 individually in zip lock bags. These will last you a LONG TIME. I also like to get myself a set of longer pads for the days when my pain covers a larger area. These are the long pads I choose: Santamedical 8 4" X 2" Re-Usable Tan Carbon Electrode Pads with Premium Gel - Satisfaction Guaranteed Some thoughts on using these with the most effectiveness: 1) It says to clean your skin each time you use it. This is kind of annoying but realllly makes a difference on the longevity of the pads. I think the best thing to do is to use one of those little alcohol pad wipes you get when you order ribs at a restaurant. Fast, easy, and simple! 2) When you pull these off your skin NEVER pull by the cord, when it gets lose from the gel you will notice little sharp pains. Grabbing the short edge opposite to the cord, pull it off slowly so you don't cause tears or air bubbles under the gel side. 3) Always put these right back onto the plastic sheet it comes on as soon as you are done. Minimize their exposure to the air! 4) If you feel any sharp pains when using it (like tiny pin pricks), this means the gel has dried out. The solution is SO EASY. You just get the gel side a little wet a few drops at a time. You will notice it absorbs water, so keep softly rubbing in drops of water until the gel gets a slimy feel. Place it gel side down on the included plastic sheet. It will feel slippery on the sheet - thats good! Repeat with the other pad. Leave it on a flat surface over night. The next day your pads will be like new! Any negatives?: • I haven't come across any negatives at this point. If any negatives become apparent to me as I continue to use it, I will update my review. I re-order these continuously. They are reliable, nd serve their purpose. I switched to another brand for a while, but I noticed some people getting redness from those. So, I switched back to this brand. I wish the gel would last a little longer, though.

The company is so attentive to feedback they contacted me and sent me at no cost to me (EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T ASK) a brand new package of electrodes! I can confirm they are good to go! They adhere perfectly and are durable as advertised! It's my understanding that the 1st set of electrodes I received were defective! Syrtenty handled this extremely well without fanfare or production! Their staff is top notch and I can say with certainty I WILL BE BUYING THEIR PRODUCTS AGAIN!!! GREAT customer service is so hard to find these days!!! I don't know how people are rating this product 5 stars??? I purchased Intensity Select Combo II a month ago and was using the electrodes that came with the unit. I finally decided to retire the old pads after a month of use (at the end I was using Spectra 360 electrode gel to keep them sticking) but still everything was good. I opened the Syrtenty 2" square TENS unit electrodes today. It literally stopped sticking to my skin 1/2 way through my therapy. Seriously 1 day use??? Not sticking well anymore... Maybe I got a bad batch??? I very rarely leave less than 5 stars for products I buy. How horrible! As aforementioned I used one set of pads that came with my TENS/EMS unit. Even if these lasted 1/2 a month I'd be okay with it. BUT ONE DAY? Really??? Yes, before someone thinks: Did he put them on dry, clean skin. Yes, I prepped my skin as I've done in the past. No there is no hair that would cause it not to stick....
