Great for beginners
This is a great work out on the treadmill. It is easy and yet can be challenging. It is fun to hear Jillian Michaels voice to encourage you along the way. It has about 24 workouts. Each one is about 20 to 30 minutes. The card automatically changes the speed and incline on the treadmill and then when it it done it stops it.

The audio from Jillian is very annoying. Some of it does not apply to this workout level. Good basic workout.

Started the Power Walking Level 1 Monday and so far so good--It started me using the incline system on my treadmill.

Speed is too slow.
the pace of the walking was incredibly slow. I should have ordered a higher fit level to optimize the walking portion.

Protect your media
To warn/help others and just my 2 cents, but if the card quits working, it is probably because the magnetic safety key for your treadmill was placed in the cup holder area along with the card. Magnets can erase the data and programs on the SD cards! Please keep the SD card separate from the magnetic safety key! A word to the wise...If you don't like the commentary, you can always wear headphones and listen to an alternate music source, the card will continue to control the changes in the workout.Hope this helps. :^)
