The best peeler of the market
I am pastry chef and one day working in Spain a long time ago someone had this peeler and since that day I just have this one. My family loved it so much that I bought one for them. Don’t put it in the dishwasher and this will least forever. Wash it by hand and dry it perfectly.

Rust is not how I want to source my iron
Regardless of how this works peeling, it immediately showed signs of corrosion on blades. Minor at first but within only a handful of uses, the rust overtook the blade irreversibly.Bought an OXO and no similar issues.

The best? Hmm
I believe it was Cooks Illustrated that said this was their top rated peeler. Yeah, maybe. Nice and sharp but feels cheap in the hand. I prefer a peeler with the blade inline with the handle and this one isn't the peeler I will grab first out of the drawer.

Rusted
This peels fine and it's thin slices which is great. I love that part. It uses well. I don't however like that after the first use it's already rusting. It is comfortable to use and you'd think cleaning would be easy but not if it's rusted. I'm disappointed in my husband's impulse buy.
