It works

Feels like stainless steel, very smooth. Was concerned about sharp edges based on reviews from similar tools, but even though the edges were slightly beveled and not fully rounded, I didn't feel a scraping or sharp edge; it felt comfortable. Because it's smooth and polished, the shape doesn't provide decent leverage to firmly hold onto it when using lotion, but it's sufficient. I might consider a slightly different shape if I were to buy another one of these. It comes with a thick brown felt case that snaps closed to protect it when not in use.

This was a tool recommended by podiatrist and this is a sturdy well made device. Even comes with a pouch.

This is an awesome product. I read many reviews of similar products and decided to skip the "easy to drop, easy to break" stone versions of the Gua Sha. I'm very happy with my choice and highly recommend it. It has really helped with some foot pain I've suffered with for a long time, including a bit of plantar fasciitis. It's also great on my calves after spinning or long walks, and I use it on my hands and forearm tendonitis as well. It's a great tool, easy to use and it's an easy 5 star in my book!

Recently had knee surgery recovering OK, but still had areas of pain. An acquaintance mentioned this instrument turned the corner in her recovery. I got one and it really helped. It loosens up the scar tissue around in incision area. I notice results after the first time I used it. There is plenty of online instruction. My care team encouraged massaging the area, this tool really helps.

I was told about this tool from a massage therapist that they use in their practice and scrapping the fascia is great for reducing tightness and numbness in my calf muscles. I also sit at the computer a lot, so my forearms get tight and a few minutes of scraping they feel great! I use in on my neck as well because I sit a lot and works great for that area too. It can also be used for cellulite but haven't really tried that, but I would assume you would have to do it daily in the beginning to help with that.

El producto está en perfecto estado, el peso es aceptable (en reseñas anteriores leí que era demasiado pesado, pero a mí no me lo parece) y los bordes están bien pulidos. Se maneja con facilidad. Por ponerle alguna pega no me vino con el estuche que aparecía en la descripción (me ha venido con una bolsita como de terciopelo). En cualquier caso estoy contenta con la compra.
