Works great! Love it so far. Taking one in late afternoon and other one about 7:00 so stomach doesn't cramp when going to bed.

I am 1 week postpartum and this supplement was the best option I could find for a stool softener! I can already speak to its gentleness and ability to move things without causing any bloating or gas or discomfort. Seriously, a life saver! Could not recommend this enough. My husband has IBS and often times needs a little help getting things moving so, next time he’s struggling I’m going to have him try this. This formulation is very gentle and effective for promoting regularity and also for times of constipation. When constipated it can be taken more frequently until you get relief. It is more gentle on the digestive system than formulations with cascara.

Was very disappointed in the product. I searched and searched sooooooo many products of this nature because I’ve had issues for years when it comes to number 2! This has so many good reviews that sounded so much like a good fit for me. But all it did was make me feel blooded, sick to my stomach, nauseas, body flushing heat waves stuff, and no end result of getting anything out of me. I can’t recommend it but I can say that everyone’s body is different and just because it didn’t help me doesn’t mean it can’t help someone else. Each person would need to judge this product for themselves. No movement of bowels what so ever for this lady. ***seller, on their own accord issued a full refund and apologized for how the product worked for me. While the product didn’t agree with me, the customer service went above and beyond to refund automatically and care enough to apologize for it not being a good fit for me. I’m changing the review from 1 star to 4 because customer service goes a long way in my book and I cannot say how anyone’s else’s body could or could not react to this product.

my daughter met with a special nutritionist and she recommended this product. My daughter mentioned to me since I have suffered from bowel issues and constipation most of my life. I figured can't hurt, so decided to try it and it really works. No pain, no diarrhea, just a gentle move as the name suggests. Been using it for over a year and I now just take one pill each night. I notice the difference if I quit taking the pills, this usually happens when I forget to purchase new order. I would say 100% worth the money.
