Pelican Storm iM2500 Case No Foam (Yellow)

Took on a flight with no issues. Really like this case. Unfortunately I was forced to check it because the plane was over crowded and it got scratched to hell, but that's not really a product flaw. Tough little carry-on.

I mean, it's an indestructible Pelican case --- if it's got the dimensions you need, then you're good to go. The only obvious complaint on a Pelican is the same as applies to other cases where the price is outrageous, but if you're going to buy once and cry once it should be on a Pelican which will last through anything. Bonus if you find it "used" because that won't make a difference in performance and you'll save $$$ up front.

We are general contractors and this is perfect when we have to travel with our tools.

I bought this for my husband who needed something sturdy to carry all of his tools when he travels. The case had to be certain dimensions, but be able to handle a heavy weight load. He has been using this for over a year, and it is still strong and in tact. He carries all sorts of tools and he can fly with it. It's perfect for what he needs. In his profession, he needed something that could keep up with him and that didn't cost a lot of money.

Only needed to replace the case after the theft of my last one. Excellent product and I would highly advise its purchase. I had no issues with my last Pelican which I had for ten years. I have used these to carry tools in rain, snow, desert heat, mud, etc. I’ve never experienced any issues, other than needing to replace wheels, latches, and handles which are all covered by Pelican’s lifetime warranty. Pelicans come in multiple sizes. I use one for tools, another for equipment, and another for a suitcase. I got tired of replacing my suitcases every 3 to 6 months. Air travels understanding that airlines and security like to blame the other for any damages or losses. Pelican cases durability and warranty removes those reoccurring expenses.

Clearly this is a used case, not “New” as advertised. There was a large sticker covering up the HUGE text saying “LTV Series Mechanical Ventilator”. Not only that, but there is a hole bored out of the top of the case, defeating the purpose of the case being waterproof! Nowhere on the product listing were these things communicated.

These are still very well made.
