I know these are real because they work in my sheet sander. They are notorious for not working with non standard batteries. Also the price, but as is commonly known, you get what you pay for.

I bought this as a present and it was in fact the second one I bought because a previous one had been a dud. So feeling pretty relieved as this one turned out to be exactly what it ought to be - a nice powerful spare battery. Useful info - bought from Amazon warehouse at a reduced price because the packaging was damaged. Turned out is was so minor that I could leave it in the box, so it is definitely worth reading the full text of an advert. Well done Amazon.

I’ve recently invested more heavily in the Bosch Professional 12V range as it’s so handy for small to medium jobs where full-size tools are unnecessary. This GBA 12V 3.0Ah battery is part of that setup. I already own two of these 3.0Ah batteries, and one has only recently started to lose capacity after around six years of regular use, which I think is a reasonable lifespan. I picked up another to have a reliable fallback and keep tools in rotation without constantly waiting on a charger. In use, the 3.0Ah capacity feels like the sweet spot for the 12V system. It offers noticeably better runtime than the smaller batteries, and the difference is very obvious once you’ve used both. I wouldn’t recommend going below 3.0Ah if you’re running more than one 12V tool, as the smaller packs drain quickly and interrupt workflow. Build quality is solid and consistent with Bosch Professional standards. It fits securely, charges predictably, and works exactly as expected across different 12V tools. My only real complaint is price. I paid £34, which feels high for a 12V battery, even factoring in Bosch’s build quality and longevity. They’re worth having, but much easier to recommend when found on offer. Overall, a dependable battery with good longevity. If you own more than one Bosch 12V tool, having at least two batteries is essential, and the 3.0Ah version is the minimum capacity I’d recommend for practical day-to-day use.

Big fan of Bosch professional 12v. This is a welcome addition to my growing collection.

Fitted my dremel and dremel charger perfectly, as they are the same company, was quite a bit cheaper than the dremel battery also, takes a bit longer to charge but it is a larger capacity and last a long time
