Great product for shoulder pain relief. I wear one on my shoulder when I go for a motorcycle ride because the patch helps greatly in alleviating my pain from an arthritic shoulder. It lasts all day and really helps keep the pain at bay. The patches have a light menthol smell and vary between warm and cold feeling.

i sprained a shoulder ligament and wore this when it was especially sore. these patches work well.

This is my 2nd time buying this pain relieving patch and will definitely buy it again. I have a chronic back & shoulder pain and this patch gives cool & hot feeling that seems to work faster and better than other pain patches I had tried before. This one stays on strong which I need for my work as I move around constantly. It is amazing!

Product is very good stays on for hours not like some other patches. The value for the money is excellent . I was using the patches on my shoulder muscles it helped to relax the muscles and ease the pain . I would highly recommend and they come in a sealable pouch . Great product !

These work subtly, not with heat or cold. A muscle that was always knotted and cramped relaxed and stopped aching. I ordered more of these.

it becomes less effective by the time u using it. I am at 7th pad, feel almost nothing

They are really easy to peel off and add gradual warming. I have used many pain patches and I like these the best although they are smaller than many. I will use again.

The patches only work for awhile but my wife it cause a rash and irrigation...
