It’s a great journal. I like how it is outlined. It’s very sturdy and seems to be very good quality. I’m just too lazy to consistently use it! I’m going to try to make a better effort :-) At the time when I purchased this, this was one of the best options that I saw. I would recommend to a friend

I am really enjoying this journal. The questions are specific enough for guided reflection but short enough to not discourage daily usage. I wish the notebook was 365 pages though. I will definitely buy again and will probably buy one for my daughter.
