AmScope BS-100P-100S-22-A Microscope Slides, 100 Blank Slides with 100 Cover Glass Coverslips

Slides ok but there’s cheaper out there cover slips came half broken as packed in same flimsy package with slides so in transportation they bang together

The slides are clean and pre-packaged however the cover glass is misleading. It says 0.12-0.16mm on the box but as most people with a microscope know high magnification lenses are designed for a 0.17mm thick coverglass - you really have to get in close and almost touch the sample above 40x (say using a 100x oil lens).The high thickness of the coverglass makes it impossible to focus using a 100x lens because the objective is too far from your sample.Apart from that they were clean, arrived intact and a good value but know this - the quality of your cover glass is directly responsible for the quality of your image!!!

I'm pretty new to all this so I may not be privy to the sorts of details regarding slides others might. But I was happy with the cleanliness of the slides, and the fact that as far as I've been able to see they all seem to be intact. Kudos to the people out there packing and moving all this stuff around so I can look at neat things under my microscope, despite the reality of wage slavery.

I was worried they would come broken, but they are all intact! only negative thing is the tiny slips are kinda hard to get out of the tiny box without fearing they will explode all over.
