Polyester Water Clear Casting Resin is a two part casting resin that is water clear when cured. This advanced resin formula is UV stable, resistant to shrinkage and easy to use.It is ideal for rapid prototyping, embedding or any type of clear casting. Features Optically clear UV stable Polish-able to a high gloss Low viscosity Easily pigmented Fast curing The clear polyester casting resin is perfect for object embedding (including electronic components, LEDs) creative embedding, rapid prototyping or any type of casting where an ultra clear or coloured translucent part is required. The resin can be used with or without vacuum degassing, however for best results we recommend vacuum degassing the resin. If you mix the dye in the resin then you can achieve the color you need right away and it will go all the way to the part instead of just being a surface coat. There are many uses for these dyes and they are a very useful tool in the composite workshop. The available colors are: Black, Green, Blue, White, Red, Yellow. The pack of 6 pigments will contain 1 pack of each colour. Please note that polyester casting resin has a very strong smell compared to epoxy casting resins. Work in a well ventilated room or wear appropriate protection while using it. Kit includes 1kg Clear casting resin and 50ml MEKP hardener, 1 set of 6 polyester based pigments, 3 large cups, 5 small cups, 3 mixing sticks and 3 pairs of nitrile gloves and instruction manual. The packaging of pigments have been changed due to customer requests. It now comes in a dropper style bottle. How to use: Make a hole using a sharp pin in the inner cap of the bottle. Add a few drops of pigment until the uniform color is achieved in the resin. More drops of pigment can be added as required. Please note that the resin has a shelf life of only 3 months from the date of purchase at 25°C

Alert... Dont buy at least for home art
Dont buy because its non returnable . I ordered Got two of them. Recieved damaged. All the resin was leaked in the box was smelling so bad that we couldnt even keep it for an hr in the house. When compined they wanted picture unfortunately till then we had discarded the box because of the super strong smeel. And my 2k got wasted .. so be alert

Plan your purchase
I have received all the components of the product as displayed in the picture. The colour powders and pigments are good and sufficient. I have used them and it worked fine.However, I delayed using the resin and the harder components and kept it as is without even opening the seal. After approximately a month when I found some time to work on my project, I tried to use this resin but I found it hardened itself may be due to the heat of summer. It became unusable.Hence, I would suggest to plan and time your purchase so that you use it may be within 15 days after you receive. Do NOT store it for long.This review is for the other components rather that the resin itself as I could not use it.

Great stuff
Product is as described, the kit is very handy if you'd like to get started right away, as all the essentials are there. An instruction sheet was included. A more detailed product detail sheet can be googled up, if needed.The hardened resin is perfectly clear, and the mixture is pretty runny, making it easy to work with. If the measurements indicated in the sheet are followed, the casting comes out great.Knocking off a star as the resin I received had a very short shelf-life (cannot say if it was old, or if the resin just has a short life to begin with). It began gelling in its container within 3 months.

Good, easy to use
Though the pamphlet that comes with the product is not detailed in instruction, you can experiment with different shapes and colours and moulds. It is most exciting to see the end product. The catalyst makes sure the hardening doesn’t take more than a couple of hours. You may leave it longer just to play safe.

Don't ever buy this product, it stings and is useless
Just the waste of money. It stings like hell and the product quality is not good at all. The accessories with it is sold here for 1RS each. Don't go for this. The packing was as well the worse. When I got it it was all opened and was leaking. It did not come in Amazon packing as well. Just a waste of money, I had to throw it. I won't get a refund as well.

Waste of product
Its a bad product, not at all as shown picture and described in the description.The resin is already dried.And they don’t have return policy also.Complete waste of money. Will never buy or won’t suggest anyone to use this brand.

This deal disappointed me
I have ordered this product for making jewelry. But when I remove the resin from molds it is clammy on the surface.. I remove after 48hr.. But still it is not completely cured.. My room temperature is 32 degree Celsius.. When I touch it. It is very clammy.. And now I am completely frustrated.. My total money waiste.. You really disappointed me.. Now tell me how to overcome from this problem..?

Worst product
It is the worst resin I have ever used...very very bad...it's pot life is only 2 mins...I almost spoiled all my products with this resin....not at all useful for resin craft products...it is soo strong in nature that it even burned my skin...don't ever think of ordering it...worst product...worst purchase...
