A time tested product.
I've used these for many years. They work very well in most cases. They say that they are for a temporary repair, but I have used them for simple puncture repair and have had them last for the life of the tire with no problems at all. Use care to place them through the existing hole made from the nail. Probe carefully to be sure you're not making a new hole, and they work fine.
