When they scroll the colors at the bottom of the screen, bob places them from right to left in that order. Just use the colors he uses.

I believe that they are the same. There was an earlier version that came in a red box which I believe is being discontinued. The blue and white box is the latest version of the set. I have seen comments from buyers saying that that some of the brushes are now made in different countries than previous version but I cannot confirm if that is true or not.
