Before installing this product, please check your state/provincial and local/municipal laws and regulations. To install the user will need to:  remove skid plate to access the back side of the bumper and remove the plastic mesh insert  locate the slotted metal hole on each side and drill vertically through it into the plastic on top using a 3/8" drill bit or slightly larger  due to the thickness difference between the sheet metal brackets in this auction and the brackets that are supplied with your LED light bar, you will need to add washers, buy shorter bolts or manually grind/cut to shorten your bolts
