Great water bottles.
These work exactly as I expected. The tops have a convenient on and off lever and the nozzle is soft, which is comfortable. The smaller bottle, which I purchased here, are lighter to put on the bike for shorter rides. Two of the smaller bottles are still enough to get me through a 30 to 40 mile ride.

Lid seems fragile
Instructions say easy to clean and remove parts from lid, but one of the plastic parts in the lid snapped off with the bare minimum amount of pressure.I bought 2 bottles and the other seems to be fine. Not sure if 1 was defective or you really have to be extremely careful and gentle to clean the lid parts.

Best water bottlea for cycling
Absolutely no leaking, good flow of water. Forget those terrible Rapha bottles.

Well-engineered, if not slightly over-complicated, water bottle that is leakproof and spillproof.
I like the design of these. No more grabbing the tip of the bottle with your teeth to open the bottle. There’s a membrane seal that prevents leaks until you squeeze the bottle, and there’s a way to lock it completely to make it watertight during transport. It has more parts than a standard bottle and is therefore harder to clean. There’s a silicone gasket, a sealing ring, and a plastic nozzle that you need to take apart to clean it completely. But not bad once you get the hang of it. The plastic piece is the hardest part to insert remove because it’s a tight fit and snaps into place.I got the larger size and really appreciate the extra few ounces per bottle. Overall, I really like the capacity, clean looks, and thoughtful engineering. The only critique is that it’s perhaps a bit too complicated, too many parts for a simple water bottle.

Squeezing action of the bottle is really annoying
So on one hand, this bottle will not leak. It will not leak if you carry it in your work bag and leave a full 40oz camelbak bottle crushing it, along with a laptop, and a bottle of premier protein. It will not leak if you don't tighten the lid enough. It won't leak if you don't close the bottle fully. I put it in the dishwasher and it does not warp or get ruined. The one thing that annoys me is that when the liquid drops to below about half way, you really have to squeeze this bottle hard. I used it at work once, and had to use both hands to squeeze it, when the CEO walked past and saw me two handing the bottle like I was a new human. We made eye contact.I admit that my hands are probably on the smaller side, I'm 5'2" so my hands are probably a little smaller than average but I have enough humiliations to deal with at work without looking like an overgrown toddler. If you take the cap off to drink, then there is a little bit of liquid that escapes and will end up on whatever surface you put that cap on. If you're drinking bright red pre-workout, then your white desk can easily end up stained.Would I buy this again? Probably, especially as I got it on a prime deal. It's durable and effective.Do I wish it was a little easier to get liquid out at lower levels? Yes.3/5 stars, as I'm externalizing my humiliation.
