M2 Skincare Exfoliating Cleanser, 120ml

Unlike other exfoliating cleansers, this is not a scrub. It gets the job done with no gritty granules. It's gentle on my face and never leaves it looking red and 'angry', This cleanser leaves my skin feeling healthy, smooth, clean and refreshed. I can use it daily only if I use a good moisturizer, otherwise it tends to dry out my skin. The bottle should last quite a while as it only take about a dime sized amount. I use this product with M2 Skin Refinish and really like how they work together and plan on buying more when I run out.

Beware!! I have been using this M2 cleanser for a couple of years and absolutely love it. I usually purchase it from my dermatologists office, but since they were out of stock I decided to order 2 bottles from Amazon. I don't know if this was a bad batch, very old, or a fake, but the product I received was not the same cleanser I normally buy at my Dr.s office. It was a weird yellowish-brownish color and smelled much different than usual. I used it anyway for about a week and a half thinking it would be ok... it caused HORRIBLE breakouts on my sensitive skin! Definitely not the same cleanser. What a complete waste of money!

I've had mild acne since a teenager and it has grown with me into adulthood. I've tried everything and some work for awhile, this one did not. It helped with some of the larger cysts I can get, but then my skin broke out all over, which is usually not how my skin works. small cysts under the skin all over my face. Not particularly red or blotchy, but very annoying. Having read the reviews before buying such an expensive product I knew the algae extract might be an issue. Of course dealing with acne for so long, you just hope that something will finally work. This did not for me.

This is ok, but not worth$, IMO. I love the Skin Refinish, though. It is great for middle aged (ok, that hurt) hormonal acne.

I've been using this about a year or so with a Clarisonic brush and it really works well. Skin looks brighter and younger.

The product was a different color than previous versions, it was yellowish in color. The product irritated my son's skin and made his skin red and inflamed.

I don't find myself using this all the time but used with conjunction with the skin recovery moisturizer these products have improved my pore size and drastically reduced any acne or scaring I have. The packaging says it is normal for it to "tingle", actually I think the tingle is more like a stinging sensation. But it does not create any dryness afterwards and my face felt almost immediately smoother.
