I have lupus and was recommended to take sulfur. This has helped when taken consistently. I went on vacation for two weeks and didn’t bring it with me and my pain was more noticeable. The taste is horrible but manageable better than taking medication. I put it in both tea and coffee and coffee can cover up the taste better in my opinion with creamer. I have been using this as part of a heavy metal detox and have excellent results. I have no way of knowing what role or to what extent that this particular product played but after 3 months of detox, I can't even begin to list the little issues and some not so little that have completely disappeared. My intent was to detox since many of my symptoms lead me to believe that might be the issue, but I lost over 10 pounds in the process. I have never been a fat person, female 6' and 137 pounds steady for about 15 years but I always had a stomach an muffin tops; so I think it was all inflammation and toxins... flat tummy and currently 127. However, please USE CAUTION when using this or any MSM product and detoxing as you can certainly have reactions to your body trying to rid itself of all the stored crap. I broke out in bumps all over my stomach, especially over my gallbladder and just below my collar bone and above my breast area. They didn't hurt but they did itch and burn if you touched or scratched them, but fortunately I had read hives can be part of detoxing. I am continuing to take this and will cut my dosage now that my detox is complete, as preventive maintenance since I've read many articles on the benefits of MSM. My belief is that viruses will not survive and attach in your body if you are taking sulfur and therefore prevent many rampant illnesses we see today take hold in one's body. I don't like the crystals as well as the powder I have used in another brand, the crystals don't dissolve as quickly and while I don't know that is is bad I just like the powder that mixes and disappears. Update: I have realized that MSM has completely gotten rid of my nightly leg cramps, twitching or RLS; whatever you want to call it. I have tried magnesium, potassium, sprays, massage for YEARS and no success but I have been keeping track when I take this every single day I have not had an issue. I will continue to take organic MSM for all the benefits for my body.

These sulfur crystals are really pure and dissolve well. The taste is strong like you’d expect but that just shows how clean and potent it is. I’ve noticed a difference in my joints and my skin since taking it. You don’t need much and the bag lasts a long time.

I injured my tailbone in 2022 riding an exercise bike. It's a long story, a freak accident but it happened. I went through the normal process of X-rays without anything coming up remarkable. I've been using this msm most days for a month. About 1/2 tsp in AM and another at night. I cut my hair too short and I wanted fast growth. My hair is lightened so you can see the growth, about an inch since i started using! Way faster than usual. My nails are thick, smooth and shiny. I don't have any real health issues so I can't speak to the effect on joints and pain. But for hair and nails, this is top notch! I put my dose in a small glass of lukewarm filtered water, mix it very well and drink it quickly. It really doesn't taste like much of anything. Doesn't smell like anything. I don't know what the fuss is with the online reviews about the bitterness. All in all, i am thrilled with this product. Easy to use, good quality and can see the effects quickly!

Omg … so fed up…. Packaged received damaged , the powder spilled all over my bed and was inside the package … don’t think can be consumed anymore…. Highly disappointed

Lasts a very long time. I’d say 3 years minimum. Healed my knee injury without me even noticing! My hair and skin have improved, and this has an energizing effect on me. If taken before bed, I get weird dreams, but if taken in the morning, I get steady, high energy. I feel hydrated. I feel my bowels are more active in a good way, and I feel more hunger. I believe my metabolism is faster. Intimidating how well it works, amazing little secret :)

Like the larger quantity & the packaging, had glass bottles delivered that got broken in shipping before. The crystals are a bit larger than the MSM I used in the past, probably the only thing I noticed that was different. It just takes a bit longer to dissolve is all.

This product is amazing. My back pain & knee pain are soooo much better, even after gardening! It dissolves easily, therefore absorbs in your body better than capsules .
