Inner cable is slightly short and consequently held throttle open. Removed adjusting lock nut and all okay 👍

Throttle cable
Came all Bent with sticky tape to hold together. Had to straighten it back - most has become straighter but you can definitely see all the kinks of where it has been bent.

Replacement for my 50cc Gio quad. No issues. I recommend this part- be sure to remove your old one and measure length to confirm correct part

The steelwire inside the cover was a little to short. When mounted on the atv the idle was to high. I had to shorten the cover 5 mm to fit properly on the carburetor. The wire was set to the lowest bottom setting and not adjusted while mounting it. Now after modification it works great and the kids can safely drive the atv.
