Kinda on the small side fills very quickly but sturdy

This product replaces a laundry cart that had plastic parts, and while I loved it, one of the plastic parts broke and of course, I can't find a replacement, so I had to buy a new cart. This one has no plastic parts except the castors. I love the easy assembly and that it had a top rack/shelf, too. It rolls easily and the nice part is that the laundry bags are detachable, so you can just pick up one and take it to the laundry room, no basket required. that is nicer than my old one. Overall, I think I'll love this item as much, if not, more than the other one. The hanging bar helps with those items that you don't want to dry. You can put them on a hanger and leave them on the hanging bar until they're try, eliminating the need to find somewhere else to hang them. I am sure I'll be happy with this item, and I have the assurance of knowing that there won't be any broken plastic items. All you need is a phillip's head screwdriver to put it together. I think it took me about 30 minutes to assemble, so that was quick, as well as easy. You won't go wrong ordering this item!

I really like this sorter a lot. I purchased it from Amazon on July 11, 2011. It works great. I would have preferred that it had four bags for sorting and to that end I have looked for additional hooks but have not found any. I would also liked it to have handles on the bags. I fixed this problem by using duck canvas to sew handles on each bag because carrying it any other way was too awkward for me. I can see how flipping the hooks around to carry it would put strain on the grommets. I do not roll mine around it does stay in one place but each bag is removed by the canvas handles which I attached and they are carried downstairs to the laundry room.

This is a sturdy product and comes with all of the options that I need. The rack on the bottom really helps with the weight of items that are put in the sorting part. The rack on top is great for storage. It's a good size and doesn't take up too much room in my laundry room. The height of the drying rack could be a little higher to help accommodate my husband's shirts (he's tall), but honestly if it were much taller, I wouldn't be able to access the rack on top that easily.The only problem that I had was that when it was delivered, one of the flaps on the bottom had been torn off from shipping handling and I guess the screws and bolts fell out of the box. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me the missing parts.

I built our closet around one of these carts... we've used these for 13 years. Early on, we had a small issue a few years after purchasing our first one and the company was very responsive and actually sent out an entire cart and bags free of charge. We have now returning to buy a new cart combo after some of our bag grommets again broke free - the fault of pushing too hard when inserting big bundles of sheets into the bags. Short of the manufacturer doubling the canvas around the grommets, there's not much you can do other than be a touch gentle with these bags, which we learned to be. We've had no issues with the wheels and just periodically have to tighten the screws holding the cart together - generally around twice a year. No biggie. My wife loves this cart. The price for the cart and bag combo was just $10 more than buying 3 new bags so we went for it.

I have this 4 stars because it overall a good product. I wish it elastic or something other the holes. Granted I’m using this on a laundry bin it was not designed for.

This hamper arrived to my house on time and in good condition. It was very easy to put together. I'm really happy with the durability of it so far, including that of the bags. They even seem to be holding up to both my cats constantly trying to climb into them. It is bigger than it appears in the picture, however, so be sure to measure it. Each bag holds about one load of laundry for my front loading washer and could have been designed a bit wider. There seems to be plenty of room left in the rack to accommodate that. I wish, however, there was an easy way to label what goes in each bag. My husband and son can't see to keep it straight.

I have wanted one of these for awhile, but couldn't find a very good reason to replace the former sorter. When our house went up for sale I wanted potential buyers to not see the ugly hamper we had formerly in there. Thus I found my reason and went ahead and splurged on this one. It rolls very easily and each bin holds a sufficient amount of clothing enough for a single load of laundry. I really like how you can remove the individual bins from the sorter and carry the bags to the laundry room. It does take a little time to reassemble the hooks back on once you bring it back but not a big deal. It will look great in our future home and I'm glad I finally did buy it. Plus shipping was super quick from this vendor.
