The Ginger drink has ginger, glucose, sucrose, honey and fructose. That is, ginger and sugar. The Ginger Lemon drink also has lemon.

DOES THIS CONTAIN SUGAR

The description on Amazon says the following: "Contains 20 sachets of Kili Ginger with Honey and 5 Sachets of Aged Ginger and sugar."It would appear that some contain sugar and some use honey as the sweetener. It is not terribly sweet or syrupy.

No. They are crystal granules of sugar mixed with ginger. Open package, pour in cup and add hot water.
