I am freshly postpartum and I got this massager as part of my gift to self, that would help me feel more relaxed and well taken care of. I absolutely love this product. Overall, my favorite feature about this product is that it's perfectly universal. The attachment for acupuncture is my absolute favorite when it comes to massaging my hair. Makes me feel so relaxed, I could drift off to sleep instantly,. I currently had an ear infection and used the standard massager for applying some heat and tender pressure on the area behind my ear. It felt heavenly. And soon afterwards my ear was cured, I think the heat helped greatly. I also loved massaging my thighs - I think it's helping to keep my muscles relaxed and tighten my skin a little bit. This massager was the biggest life saver when I strained my back. Massaging my back is extremely convenient since the massager is lightweight enough for me to use it on my back with just one hand. I am planning on keeping it in my car for some rest stop back pain relief when driving for a long time. I love that it's mobile and I can take it along on my adventures. Battery lasts a long time - it was enough for me to have three long massage sessions without having to charge it. Absolutely love this product and highly recommend to anyone who is tense and looking for some options to relax and take care of their body.

The attachments with the nodes are great at delivering targeted massage to muscles and trigger points. The heat and various intensity modes are great options. And the battery life is impressive.

I had similar one before and loved it a lot so that i bought this for my mom. The massaging function is very great that i can specifically apply to shoulders and neck. My mom loved it a lot as well. The only drawback is weight. It is slightly heavier than other one.

This hand held massager is lightweight to hold, but still is heavy enough that it puts pressure when you use it on your back. It charges quickly and is powerful enough to help with light tension or even muscle aches after sports. Both the adults and the teens in our home are using this to assist with aches and pains. There are a few settings that include pulse and constant, so you can choose what you feel like for the day. The heat setting is nice, and just the right amount of heat. We had another massaging gun that felt very aggressive, this is much healthier and feels great!

I bought this back massager mainly for my back and hips due to sciatica. The first one I ordered, I had to return because the heat element did not work. The vendor shipped me a new one right away, and the heat element works lightly, but it still works very good massaging my back and hips. I really like the wireless feature because I have more mobility with it. Although I do like the extra massage heads, I don't use them much. The only con is that sometimes while my hand is on the handle during use, my fingers will touch the buttons and turn it off. It would be nice if the buttons were placed somewhere away from the hand grip. However, for the price it's a really good deal.

Very disappointed. I was excited to receive this product after reading all the positive reviews. I had owned a corded hand held massager for many years and was super pleased with it, once it finally kicked the bucket I decided to order this cordless one. Within 2 months after receiving it I started having issues. The charging cable broke and I had to purchase a new one - not a big deal was maybe 10 bucks? But the real issue is that my device does NOT STAY CHARGED. I plug it in for several hours...the light turns red (meaning its fully charged) but immediately DIES after only 3-4 mins of use and I have to recharge it. I have even tried to use it while it was plugged in and it still died after only a few minutes of use. This does seem like a very powerful massager and would be a tremendous help for my chronic back pain...if it would just stay ON for more than a few mins at a time?? So thinking this was a faulty unit, I contacted customer support at Snailax for some resolution...and they did offer to send me a replacement, BUT...I have to ship this unit back AT MY OWN EXPENSE...? Not acceptable... This is terrible customer service in my opinion. I should not have to pay for the return of an item that obviously has a serious defect. The very least the company could do is send me a return shipping label at their expense. I'd like to add that this is the very 1st time I have ever posted a negative review for any product I have ordered from Amazon...but I felt I had to in this instance. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

this back massager seems to be a quality product and it charges pretty fast last for a while. i'd would have given it five stars because of the excellent way it massages but it takes around 5 mintues for the heat to get going and the heat is more than a 25 watt light bulb's warmth. Besides, I have already registered the free extended 2 yr warranty which brings it to a 3 yr warranty. I contacted Snailax Customer Service via there web site and also by their telephone number and their only reply was thanks for contacting customer support, please go to our website and contact us, How idiotic and there was not response to my complaint about there product barely giving off any heat. so that is why I gave 3 stars. There Customer support is stuck in La La land with their broken automated robotic answering through email and telephone customer support. Again, I have already registered my warranty of their product.

As a retired massage therapist, I have used many devices over the years. This massager from Snailax is one of the best. It compares easily with Thumpers or other more expensive models. It is fairly quiet, hefty and yet easy to handle and is very powerful. I have to use it on the lowest speed. The long handle makes it easy to reach all those hard to reach places. It just arrived today and as soon as I charged it, I used it on several places on my body. I like the choice of speeds and the pressure feels just right. I have not tried the heat function yet as I don't feel the need. I would recommend this massager to anyone looking for relief of muscle tension. I just hope it holds up well over time.
