Rock Tape
My physical therapist suggested I used this Rock tape for my back. It really helps to keep it stable and was a must during our recent move out of our house. They are comfortable, stay on for days and easy to remove with hurting your skin. I highly recommend if you have back issues. Good value!

Make extra sure
Make extra sure you know what you’re getting here. Description did not reference “original” and filter was set for “3-extra sticky”. Original is what I got. Even with cleaning the skin with rubbing alcohol prior to application, it only stays on for about 45-60 minutes.
