Damaged product
I bought this brand new, but the sight came to me like it had already been used. 2 Allen keys were included, the battery had already been installed and the package was broken. The inside of the sight had a large bulge sticking out inside of the rear side of the sight (see picture) and obscures the right side of the sight.

These are a new design and only come with a 5 year warranty.
Ami Sports has changed the design of these units in the last year or so and the new design brightness settings are not as bright as the older units of the past in fact on highest setting 5 dot will wash out in bright sunlight on light background. The new unit also now only come with a 5 year warranty not life time like the older units. I own many red dot sight and I install red dot units for other shooters as well. I use to highly recommend these units to shooters who wanted a good reasonable priced red dot that would work well but now with the new design change I will no longer recommend them. Its to bad the industry is always looking to save money redesigning junk just to save a buck. Bushnell TR25 are now junk also and I believe they have changed there design thee times or more.

Great Red/Green Dot for the price!
Works well and is a great value - can't go wrong with this on a pistol caliber carbine.

Good little sight
I bought this after reading the one bad review. I've had several other aim sports products that were satisfactory so for $35 I took a gamble. First off it came in two days after ordering it so shipping was extremely fast. It came well packaged in aims usual box with a lifetime warranty printed on the side. Inside it comes with a battery, cleaning cloth, Allen wrench, instructions and obviously the sight bagged with a foam insert. As for the sight it feels rock solid. The mounting bolt has nice heavy threads, bearing adjustments. Side by side with a primary arms clone I doubt you could tell the difference. This one also does red and green dot. In regards to the other review on here I found absolutely nothing like what he said was wrong with the two sights he recieved. The dot does not beam into the operators eye and I even did the dark room test he did with no light coming out if the sight. Overall for the price this is totally worth it as long as you understand what this type of red dot is for, CQB situations. Don't expect a huge sight picture, it's a micro dot.

Not really worth the money
Got one mailed to me. Looking through the optic, it seemed like someone was pointing a laser pointer into my eye. Took the optic into a dark room, turned on the red light, and put my hand where your eye should be... and I saw red light on my hand. Means the optic was projecting light backwards into the users eye. I have other micro dot sights like this. They do not do this - emit light back into your eye like a laser pointer.Thought it was a fluke... Sent that one back. But the replacement did the same things - sent it back the day I got it. So have sent that one back too. Am waiting a different optic to replace the AIM Sports Micro Reflex Sight.Either I got two defective sights, or they are mostly all like this. You decide.

Two Stars
you really have to struggle to center the dot for each shot in order to hit target consistently.

real piece of junk; after about 100 rounds the dot splattered and from then on out would not hold zero. should have stuck with a utg; they hold up. what i was using it on was a sks in a bullpup frame; heavy firearm with mild recoil.
