Bottom line... watch batteries are manufactured in only a couple of factories, and they are all the same inside and just stamped on the positive pole with the manufacturer information. I needed a new battery for my watch, and am more than capable in replacing it myself. BONUS- it is the same battery as my two other watches... I got it, tested it and it is a fresh battery so I went ahead and changed it. The other four went into my freezer with all my other batteries and cells. If kept this way, they have an almost infinite shelf life, so I will use all five long before they are no longer fresh.
