Before my trip to Europe, I purchased this power converter. It proved to be an outstanding product throughout my European adventure. I made use of it during my stays in both the UK and France. The fact that it boasted 3 USB ports, 1 USB-C port, and 2 AC sockets was truly remarkable. It allowed me to charge my mobile phone, watch, iPad, and laptop all at once, saving me a lot of time and hassle. Additionally, it came with all the necessary adapters for my journey and a handy travel bag. The convenience of being able to neatly store the devices and adapters together in the enclosed mesh bag was a huge plus, making it extremely effortless to carry along during the entire trip. Nevertheless, it's important to mention that it is not compatible with a hair dryer! All in all, this was an incredibly satisfying shopping experience! I have no hesitation in recommending this product to fellow travellers who are in need of a reliable and multi-functional power converter.

I purchased two of these converters for use during a recent trip to Tanzania, where power in remote camps can be quite variable, depending on the method used for generating it (and my need to reliably power and recharge electronic equipment). Both units functioned flawlessly in extreme conditions, compatible at every camp I arrived at, and I can also report that the seller/company has exceptional customer service. Quiet, safe, travel-size friendly, and an excellent value for the money, I would not hesitate to purchase again.

Heavy bulky but does the job, very reliable and have used it on many international trips. Traveling to Europe or any country is a peace of mind with this item. Fan is not that noisy, it has USB ports and voltage converter. Good buy

I bought two of these for my wife and I for our trip to Thailand and they worked very well. They were easy to use and worked well when powering phones, tablets, curling irons, and hair dryers. However, my only complaint is that the power cable doesn't fit snugly enough into the main unit. With just a little movement, it will pull out. Pros: Very easy to use. Variety of plugs for use in multiple countries. Works with just about anything (within reason). Cons: Power cord doesn't fit snugly enough into the main unit (can come lose if you're not careful). Other than a small green light, it's not obvious when the unit overloads and automatically turns off. I'd suggest they add a red fault led as well. Over all, these converters work very well and I'd probably purchase one again if I needed to. However, keep a close eye on your devices to make sure that the device hasn't shut off due to an overload or a lose power cord.

Great product. We did lots of researches before finally purchasing this updated version of SOKOO voltage converter, for several reasons: First of all, it clearly declared itself as a new version which is compatible with digital devices such as hair straightener, curling Iron and electrical toothbrush, which is an obvious improvement in technology of this field. I have heard some friends using hair curling Iron and burnt their hair without the proper voltage converter during a travel. Secondly, it could charge 4 mobile devices simultaneously, which is pretty handy functionality when traveling with many friends, family or colleagues. Considering everybody has some devices need charging,be it smart phone, ipad, or bluetooth earbuds... it is really practical design. Thirdly, this product is really quiet and low temperature at night, I used it continuously for 2 days and nights but cannot hear any noise from the fan. I think it is because the smart fan didn’t turn itself on during normal operating temperatures less than 100°F. Even if I plug several devices onto it and charge/use them at the same time, the machine’s temperature didn’t rise obviously. After that, there are 4 adapters included which is quite helpful for traveling to different countries. You don’t need to buy any other adapters in future because over 150 countries are covered by these 5 plugs. Last but not least, this machine give me total feeling of secure. For people who have regular traveling experiences, safety is always the first priority, nobody wants to find his laptop/ipad dead in Africa safari because of over-voltage, or his expensive high-resolution camera broken because of over-current, or mess up their hair by hair straightener /curler iron in another country before some important meeting. Some people might don’t understand the real purpose of voltage converter-it is actually designed to give people safe of mind, by transferring voltage from 240V to 110V, it make you feel like using your appliances in USA during your travel to other countries. It is always a good investment to spend about $40 dollars to protect your multiple devices worth over several hundred dollars, even some of these devices boasted to have the so-called adaptive voltage scaling ability, I don't’ want to risk my time and money to plug my $500 camera barely into a 240V socket. To conclude, try this really nice product, get ready for your next travel with 100% secure experience.

Just used on a cruise trip and it worked great. Small size with numerous combinations of plug adapters. Several outlets and usb inputs. Glad I purchased despite the tour saying plenty of outlets available on a ship. They were wrong!

I bought this voltage converter for my trip to Europe. To be honest, this power converter exceeded my expectations and met all my needs. It's compact and lightweight, and you can put the unit and all the accessories in the included netbag, which makes it extremely convenient to carry during your trip. During my trip to Europe, I used it to charge my electric toothbrush, mobile phone, and laptop. I bought this voltage converter specifically for a trip to Jordan and it seems to work fine for it's intended use but there are two issues I do not care for. First, the on/off switch is located where I naturally hold it to plug in the power cord or move it around (typically on a night stand) so it is good that the switch has a light showing if it is powered up or not. Secondly, and most importantly, the power cord barely stays plugged into the unit, possibly 1/16 of an inch is the difference between plugged in and not plugged in and this is at the very limit of the power cord plug being in all the way. This is where monitoring the light on the on/off switch is necessary when things are attached to be recharged, not a good feeling when traveling. There were enough USB ports and US type sockets in this unit for what I needed on my recent trip and for as much as I will use this, I suppose I will keep it but on my next trip I will bring some electrician's tape to make sure the power cord does not fall out of the unit. I travel quite a bit and this is the first time I have been advised to use such a device so am not likely to need it very much.
