I took e3 about 14 years ago after the birth of my son. I successfully lost 48 pounds. My hair, skin and nails had never been so strong and healthy. I felt nourished and my body actually absorbed the nutrients. Quick shipping this time and I am happy to report 18lbs down so far. I also gave this supplement to a horse I owned who suffered from a large quarter crack in his left front hoof. After 6 weeks of giving E3, brand new HEALTHY hoof had allowed the crack to mend. We also had to do some corrective horse shoeing but really I attribute the E3 supplement to having fast growing healthy hoof which allowed the corrective shoeing to fix the issue quickly.

After about three days of taking it, my energy level was great! Unlike energy drinks, it doesn't make you feel revved up or jittery. You just stop feeling tired and sluggish. I have done more in a week than I used to get done in a couple of months. Fantastic. Put into a couple of ounces of juice there is no after taste at all. Looks really creepy, but tastes fine. I feel so much better taking it, I would keep taking it even if it did taste bad, but it doesn't.

I can't say enough about this stuff. I have about a tablespoon every day. It has helped so much with my IBS. I also feel like I have more energy. I couldn't believe how effective it was so I shared a bottle with 3 other family members. One is a true believer - the others didn't see a marked difference. For me, I never want to be without it!

So glad to find the E3 Live again! It's the freshest product and so easy to get the right dose with just 15 minutes in cool water then it goes right back in the freezer each time. I used this product years ago and then couldn't find where to order for a long time. They do a great job of cold packaging, too.

This is the best supplement I've taken, and I've taken a lot. Unlike caffeine, e3 live is an energy boost that has lasting health benefits. This is something you can indulge in and feel good for i t on so many levels. For instance, my bowel movements are always great after taking e3 live.

I don't feel any extra energy boost from the product, but I am rarely sick, so this in conjunction with my other nutrients seems to be helping. I don;t think I'll renew after my remaining two bottles are used.
