Arrived on time. Been using a much larger one to help massage my hamstring. Bought this on recommendation from my physio and have found it to be really good and helpful in treating a very localised area.

The roller is well designed and constructed and easy to use. I use it for massaging lower back and leg muscles.

The handles slide off whenever you apply a lot of pressure to the area you’re massaging. Poor build quality which is a shame because if they were stuck this would be ideal.

It is exactly as illustrated. Simple, ergonomically handled, dimpled, deep tissue massage roller with each nodule rolling independently. Much sturdier than I'd anticipated and it can be used successfully to alleviate tight, knotted muscles, on accessible body parts very easily. Fairly priced at £9.99.

Works well. Does pull at hairs on my legs a bit! But no pain no gain.

So handy to have a mini hand held roller. Great for rolling out sore muscles after a run & use it to prevent DOMS. Fits into hand luggage so took it on holiday too!
