It helps my anxiety and blood pressure
I have tried all these teas. They are wonderful. I have pretty bad anxiety and recently some blood pressure issues. Working on trying to lose weight and lower my BP naturally. This has helped me tremendously relax and get a better night sleep.

Perfect blend of herbs
I don’t usually write reviews but this tea is a perfect blend of herbs. It is very tasty hot or iced. Great for a little pick me up.
