Not true to size.After reading all the confusing reviews and misleading pics, I ordered a "medium" size for my 6 year old Pug. But it is small for him. There is not much room to spread.Please choose the size accordingly.Rest, my parents are the ones who received the product, and they said the quality was good. Pillows are cute enough for Casper to play with them (anything stuffed is a toy to him).I just wish the sizes were a little bigger than what they are.

Within 3 months of usage, the mattress turned into a sheet with small lump (with fibres inside) at one end. My cocker spaniel doesn't like it.

My pet dog Jedi was used to sleeping on the bed with us from the time we found him abandoned on the road during the lockdown. Therefore we were sceptical if he would switch to his own bed id we brought him one. One of the reasons this product was chosen was because Jedi was used to sleeping with his head on the pillow, so when this product showed 2 pillows along with the reversible / washable qualities we immediately thought of going for this from the variety of others offered. The base bed and bedding were really really soft but the pillows turned out to be a joke- they were like mini toy shaped pillows which would hardly keep his jaw on leave alone his head! But other than this its a very good product and so far its holding up well- also good to carry when travelling as it folds up into half and is very light weight

Delivery by Amazon was perfect even during these times. The product was packed nicely.The bed is not big nor small. Good for a average medium sized dog. My dog loved it from the point we got it. Thickness on the border is alright however the centre of the bed does loose it's firmness. Filling of the bed is alright, don't expect a firm, very thick bed. Pillows are very small, however very cute. My dog uses them to play tug of war with me. Note: The material of the bed attaches alot of hair. Specially if u have a hairy coated dog.Overall for the price of Rs. 500 it's a good buy. Go ahead with it.

I ordered this product for M size however received a size even small than S size, requested for replacement and again they delivered S size, not even S size it is, S size is 60 cm in length and M is 75 cm in length but I got 57 cm which is actually smaller than the S size. And even after placing the replacement order for it, they again delivered same 57 cm size while M size should be around 75 cm. Non returnable product so have to bear this loss of paying more than what I got.

Ordered LARGE one but it's not as per the size suggested. The size says 90 CM long but it's only 70 CM and the pillows are JOKE as its 4 *4 inches only. But if you are looking for a 70 CM bed then it's the perfect bed comfortable and soft.

Does not match the product description at all, it is made up of cheap velvet like fabric which is not at all suitable for summers. My puppy can tear it within a day, not at all suited for long duration. Would not recommend to buy it for summers.
