French Baking Powder Alsa 7 pouches(0.38 oz)

Since I do not bake often, I like having single packets to keep the baking powder fresh. I don't know why American manufacturers don't do the same thing, except perhaps force consumers to buy the larger packages and have to replace them. I recommend this product to those people who don't bake frequently.

I use this product to make Vietnamese Honeycomb cake, and it comes out PERFECT every time!

Received the order but not satisfied because all bags baking powder are opened look like very old and I used it to bake the cakes it seem not raised enough like the ones I bough in stores.

I used the powder to make Chinese steamed pork buns. I was excited about these "dinner rolls", which are so popular in Asia.

As a french, I cannot bake without. Thanks Amazon for providing me my favorite ingredients.

Not used them yet but the packaging looks beautiful in my kitchen. Bought them as this is a classic baking brand.
