Very Satisfied

Not very tart
The texture was a little too watery for me. I thickened it. The rhubarb was over cooked. I like rhubarb a bit more sturdy and definitely more tart.

Bought this for strawberry rhubarb pie and it's perfect!

Doesn't have any rhubarb taste
Pay attention to the attached photos! I so wanted to make a pie for my dad, even though out of season. It was pea green and mushy. Not a terrible taste, but did not taste like rhubarb. Definitely not worth the HIGH price.

Perfect for baking, good quality rhubarb if you’re in a rush! Delicious in a rhubarb and custard cake.

Truly awful. Opened the tin, and all i saw was a beige sludge, couldn't tell what it was. Thought I'd go in for the taste test. But all i got was the flavour of metallic tin and additives, it was like eating perfume. People on here giving it 5 stars, how in the world.
