This cable is an incredible value, much cheaper than Roland's official cables. This is not a review about the quality of the cable, just a warning for owners of Roland GR-20 guitar synths who are looking for a *replacement* cable: this will only work as an *extension*, not a *replacement*. This one has a male plug on one end and a female jack on the other, whereas the Roland GR-20 cable has male plugs on both ends.

Does not charge to 9.3 volts....not what the ad said....only 8.55 volts.....

Hasn't failed me yet. I was a little Leary because it wasn't from " Roland" but no matter how carefully I coil and store the name brand cable, it frequently goes out. For the price difference, I can have one of these in use and one on standby. I use mine live not in a studio so I'll report back if this one craps out quickly, but I don't expect it to

Excellent cable. I'm using this as an extension to a Roland GKC 10 foot 13-pin cable and it works perfectly. VERY happy with this cable and I saved a TON of money over purchasing a 20 foot Roland cable.
